A workflow starts with one of 35 triggers, from a new chat or comment to a contact change, a published post or an ad event. An AI classify step sorts a message into buying intent, question, complaint or other, so each path gets the right follow-up. An AI Agent step goes further: it can search the web, read Google Sheets or HubSpot and call your own MCP servers, then return structured fields. If the agent fails, the workflow can assign a person instead.
